Facade cleaning and coating project at Hotel Alua Illa de Menorca, carried out entirely using rope access techniques. The process began with a thorough surface cleaning using pressurised water with Kärcher equipment. A water-based fixative was then applied by roller to ensure optimal coating adhesion. As a final finish, two coats of white silicone-based coating were applied, achieving a uniform, long-lasting result that is highly resistant to outdoor conditions.
