Are vertical works safe?

Yes, when performed by qualified professionals with approved equipment. Our technicians have IRATA/ANETVA certification.

When is it better to use vertical works than scaffolding?

Vertical works are preferable on narrow facades, interior courtyards, small surface point works, or when quick execution is needed.

What type of work can be done vertically?

Practically any work that can be done from scaffolding: painting, rehabilitation, waterproofing, joint sealing, installations, cleaning, inspections...

Do you do rope access work in Palma de Mallorca?

Yes. We carry out rope access work in Palma de Mallorca and across the island: Inca, Manacor, Calvià, Llucmajor, Sóller, Alcúdia, Pollença, Andratx and every other town.

Can a whole facade be painted or rehabilitated with rope access?

Yes. With rope access a complete facade can be cleaned, repaired, coated and painted, just as from scaffolding. For example, at the Hotel Alua Illa de Menorca the cleaning and coating of the entire facade were done entirely with rope access.

Do you work for residents' associations and hotels?

Yes. We work for residents' associations, hotels, businesses and homeowners. In buildings with residents or guests, rope access allows us to work with less disruption than fixed scaffolding on the facade.

Does rope access work need a permit from the town hall?

It depends on the municipality and the type of work. As no scaffolding occupies the street, it usually involves less paperwork than scaffolding work, but every case is checked before starting.

What happens if it is windy or raining?

For safety, rope access work is not carried out in strong wind or rain. In those cases the work is rescheduled for the next day with suitable conditions.
